een in close contact with the S. C. Office of Regulatory Staff (ORS) to bring internet availability to communities that currently have no access. ORS launched a new informative website that includes a survey to collect information and locations of citizens who have no service. This data will stream directly onto their mapping and assist when ORS begins the grant programs to expand internet services.
