The Senate began debate last week of a bill designed to protect unborn children from their twentieth week of life forward. H. 3114, the “SOUTH CAROLINA PAIN-CAPABLE UNBORN CHILD PROTECTION ACT”, is set for priority debate, and I look forward to getting it passed this year. The opportunity to protect children, and to be, in some way, the voice of the voiceless, is something I take very seriously. I will be focused on getting this bill passed and signed by the governor and, thereby, saving even more lives next year. I look forward to getting this done.
Thank you Senator Martin for supporting this and other important legislation. I appreciate all you do for us!
Thanks for your commitment to this very worthy cause. We have killed enough babies for several lifetimes and it’s time to at least slow down the rate at which this is done, even if we can’t stop it at this time.
How can any person support the killing of our children? Thank you Shane and keep up your guard against money and power.
Standing beside you in support for the passing of the Pain Capable Bill. Thank you for wanting to be a voice to the voiceless and to protect life. God bless you.
Thanks Shane. The late Russ Cassell of WORD radio would be proud. This was the top issue for him.
I appreciate your stand on supporting protecting babies from their 20th week of life forward. My question is how come you can’t support protecting babies from being aborted period. I know there are groups against this and it’s an uphill battle, but is there anything more you can do as our “voice?” Thanks for what you are doing, in all areas.
